Regularly pop into the Aerodrome cafe at least three times a week with my dog for lunch and coffee. The staff are always amazing and friendly. But today was a sad day, after enjoying my Ham, Egg and Chips I walked out and let my dog sniff the grass on her lead and was given a lot of verbal abuse by one of the elderly Marshalls. All the other Marshalls had been fine, but this one was on a power trip and totally spoilt my lunch. I contacted the head office and Gabriel Ludlow called me back. He then accused me of being rude to his Marshall, and was totally unapologetic to the incident. I genuinely can’t believe how sterile and lacking in apology this guy was. The best he could come up with was to meet and share a coffee with him. I wasted my time phoning twice to lodge the complaint, only to have the head of the motor circuit do his upmost to alienate me ! Very very sad that Goodwood lacks the ability to put their hands up when they make a mistake.
