I bought a small leather bracelet, which unfortunately had a loose catch and fell off whilst I was out walking and sadly lost. I wrote to Goodwins explaining what had happened and they very kindly (and unexpectedly replaced it free-of-charge). Excellent customer service and I will buy from them again.

What a day! Goodwins have given me an absolutely amazing service. I still believe in spite of everything that people are truly great at heart. I didn’t get the two kind ladies names at the shop this evening. But even with a last minute ordeal with me getting married Saturday. Goodwins turned my wedding ring around in less than 5 minutes! I’ve met hundreds of kind people but I’ve never felt so well served. I drove all the way home feeling very warm with the kind gesture that they have made. You’ve truly helped me and I can’t thank you enough! I would highly recommend this small business as they’re the best ones! Very polite and welcoming. 100% will be returning in the future. Goodwin jewellers goes up in reputation in my eyes every time I visit. It is located off the beaten track in Hanley but the staff there are so professional and friendly. Always willing to help and find out more about your piece of jewellery, but to say if the work is not economic. They have their own workshop to carry out most jobs. Well worth a look!

I made an online purchase with Goodwins Jewellers and the service was fantastic. Prices were very competitive which was why I shopped with them, postage was free and fast (I'm not sure whether this was a promotion but was sent 1st Class) and there was a good choice of items. It was a wonderful surprise that the chain I purchased came gift wrapped with a bow in a lovely box. I placed my first order with Goodwins since I am in North America, and the service and communication along the way was much better than I received when dealing with some of the jewellers here. Sue, took time to answer all of my questions, address my concerns and help me with payment. My order was shipped right away and I received it much earlier than I thought I would. I'm definitely going to be placing my next order with Goodwins before I even consider a local jeweller after being spoiled with their service.

We bought our wedding rings from goodwin's earlier this year. The service is excellent and 6 months on I am still very pleased with our rings for their quality and value for money. Plenty of choice and something for everyone and all budgets. Personal service that you only get with a local store. Buying from here feels special Thank you Goodwin's, we wont hesitate to come back.
