Do not order from this company via Amazon! They’ve just cancelled my order with no explanation or reasoning! This has never happened in all my 7-8 years of ordering through Amazon. I’ve reported your lack of customer service to Amazon, and they’re going to look at blocking your account to avoid more reputation damage.

Awful customer service. Order didn't arrive after more than two weeks, they kept saying they would resend it - which obviously didn't come. They started ignoring my messages when I brought the word refund into the conversation. It looks like Amazon will be able to sort a refund out, no thanks to these guys.

I ordered and paid for 2 x 100l bags of J Arthur Bower Multi-Purpose Compost through Amazon UK. They sent 4 x 50l bags of Westland Compost instead. I requested they send me what I'd ordered and collect the Westland stuff. They have offered me a partial and unspecified refund. They are still offering the J Arthur Bowers Compost on Amazon but it may well be a scam to offload inferior goods. Further to the above, on 26th February the company offered me a full refund which I am happy to accept. My advice is to contact the company before purchasing an item to ensure they have the exact product you want.

Terrible service, paid for next day delivery, it took 8 days to arrive after me having to chase it up. What I ordered was out of stock, so they removed the labels from smaller, cheaper items and sent them instead without and consultation, explanation or price adjustment. This is a very deceitful practice and I hope others see this before considering buying from this seller.

After ordering from their website, I was greeted with ‘Congratulations your order has been successful, we’ll email you with details soon” or words to that effect. There was no order email with order confirmation the next day, so I left a message, on their own messaging service, asking them to send me order confirmation, I also sent an email to them asking for the same thing.......... Nothing, no goods and no word from them. After the required time had past I asked my bank to step in, they duly did and refunded me. This however does nor compensate for the time lost and the phone calls made to my bank. BE AWARE
