Please use these guy’s, we have just moved from maldon to Sudbury, we had a lot of belongings, they planned a 6 day move programme to make it happen. it was fantastic, (thankfully) we moved at a quiet time traditionally, so we 4+ guys everyday, quick, smooth, professional. Just make sure if you don’t want them to take it, tell them, otherwise it’s off and in the van, 🤣 And Megan and George, both fantastic as well, planned move last year, it fell through, re scheduled our new move, put in plans, then 4 days before they were due come and start moving us, the chain halted, 4 frantic days and just before they closed the day before they were due, all back on. Very very understanding. Thank you all for your support and hard work. 👍👏👏👏

Some of our furniture was damaged during the move. We had itemised one of the items as particularly valuable and GoodMove acknowledged that. They then refused to repair the item which they should under their terms of business saying that they had not received the correct paperwork. Their own correspondence stated that ‘ To proceed with the quote and make a booking we need the Acceptance of Quotation completed with the necessary details and returned by post, fax or email’. The acceptance was sent in plenty of time before the move but they seem to want to avoid their obligations.

Excellent service from GoodMove over a three day very recent move. The guys were very hardworking, never complained and did a very good job at packing our breakables and quite a lot of our books. A special thank you to Jamie and Sam, nothing was too much trouble you were both great, thanks guys!! Had such a good experience with this company. We lost the initial removals company we had found last minute, due to issues with our exchange. Found GoodMove less than 24 hours before we were due to move. They sent someone out to survey and quote us within an hour of the phone call. Very competitive price so we booked them and the next morning they were there to move our family out of our 4bed house! The guys were very efficient, professional and friendly. So pleased we found them, would definitely recommend!
