Excellent service, all happened as arranged the lads delivering could see we were novices and assisted us a little bit. I called a few different suppliers for prices on phone they were mostly trying to sell up and push for quick sale. where as sam was straight on point with the best price. I even get the lads a tip which is unlike me. Craig/ bolton

Do not trust this company. In the week before Easter I telephoned them to order concrete and spoke to Sam, he seemed to be very helpful and gave me a good price so I asked for delivery for Tuesday after Easter Sam said the earliest they could deliver would be Thursday 21st April 10am. I said thats fine how would you like payment, Sam said the office would telephone for a card payment when the driver arrived. Sam called later and said they coudn't deliver until 12 noon I said thats fine. On Thursday my lad had booked a day off work to help me and we had prepared everything ready for the delivery which didn't turn up. I telephoned them at 1.45 and spoke to Sam he said they weren't delivering because they telephoned me twice the night before and again that morning on both my landline and mobile but got no answer. My landline logs all calls as does my mobile and I had no missed calls from either their land line or the mobile number he quoted but he insisted they had called several times and said he would send a screen shot of their calls. Needless to say no screen shot was sent to me because those calls were never made. I can't understand such blatent lies.

Never used a Concrete Co before, A bit worried, will I have enough, or will they rip me off. Needn't have worried. A guy called Sam answered my 1st call gave me prices. Booked them to come with a load for my Footings, arrived on time, really nice guys that came and barrowed it in, then even cleaned the road. They have just come back to to fill my hole for the slab. Same guys, really quick and clean. Its a shame I won't be needing them again in the near future. Thank you and well run Company. Dave Bromley Cross.
