Generally the doctors here are great and I would highly recommend them. Dr Razack and Dr Hussain in particular are great. I would rate the practice 5 stars but there's one rude receptionist that just talks and doesn't listen. She will talk over you and raise her voice as if you're a child. It's very patronising and insists she's not being rude. Other than her, the admin staff are very helpful. Just hate picking up the phone and having to deal with her.

Recently, I was highly concerned about a health issue and was advised the doctor will give me a call. Not long after doctor Masood Khan got in touch and advice to come in after speaking about my symptoms. I was seen to straight away by Dr Masood Khan, he was very attentive and kind. In order to diagnose the issue correctly he eliminated potential health concerns by carrying out some tests, ensuring my dignity wasn’t compromised . In the end he had given me a diagnosis which made me feel less anxious. Dr Masood was professional and displayed compassion, care and dignity which aided my overall experience at the doctors which can be frightful at times. Thank you.

Positives: online booking system and messaging works pretty well. Tests are booked when you need them ( I had CT scans, breast scan, blood tests etc booked without hasle) DR Razack is a good doctor I would advise booking with him. Negatives: receptionist almost alway tries to talk you out of booking appointments and tries to give medical unqualified advise over the phone. Emergency apointments are very hard to get and they always try to give you telephone apointments instead of face to face. The english receptionist working at the practice are lovely but the asian admin can be really rude and patronising. Not sure why is this!? Lastly, if you are really concerned about something and this GP tell you nothing to worry about, consider having a second opinion as two of my friends have “serious” illnesses althought they were discharged by this GP ensuring there was nothing to worry about.

I am giving 3 stars only because Dr Razack is a kind and truly professionist doctor. But the service is appaling, the rudest receptionists ever ! They must understand patients are going there not from pleassure,or fun, or to give them hard time but because they have a medical problem and they suffer! It doesn't take much to talk nice, calm and be kind with others! You cannot look and talk down to people, raise your voice and treat patients disrespectfully just because you are in that position! There is plenty of other jobs out there, maybe they should consider doing something else for living as their social and human skills are zero!! Shame on you!!! I hope you or your loved ones never get the same attitude like you give others, especially when you're in pain!
