Unclear if deliberate incompetence or lack of ability Repeat prescription requests regularly denied for no reason (only to be approved upon re-requesting) Prescriptions regularly not sent to Pharmacy despite being told they have been sent. Have had to purchase all medications privately this year due to this surgery’s repeated failure to process prescriptions correctly

    I was transferred here without a choice from cable st surgery unfortunately. The worst surgery I've ever experienced and still experience, hardly can get an appt or get through to them takes weeks or months to finally get through being on the phone an hour each time... doctors all say different, most recently I've been raising an issue I've been enduring and they don't know or can't find my scan results... I feel completely neglected by the GPS as I have raised many serious issue nothings been done or taken seriously at all. Refer you to be only left no follow up appts or results discussion just pathetic.

    I wish I could leave 0 stars. They called me outside of working hours to communicate some tests results but couldn’t pick up, hence they just uploaded on dr. IQ the full test and fast track hospital referral with zero explanation given. Clearly in distress, I tried to call the morning after, no chance. I had to step in and ask to speak to the GP who tried to contact me the evening before. A careless receptionist booked me in for a call with a rude doctor (“Dr” Taiwo Akinseye) who had no clue about my condition or my health history, questioned the validity of the tests and proceeded to give me false information regarding the hospital I was referred to. He also threatened me to end the call as I was clearly questioning his method and professionalism. I ended up calling again and queuing for more than one hour to final get some clarity about whatever triggered this referral and what were the next steps. I’m appalled by the total absence of ethics and empathy. Worst GP service I’ve ever had (and I lived in 4 countries across 2 different continents). It’s a pity because the facility is new and the young GPs, like Dr. Shafi, are very nice. Overall, I’m not thankful for NHS and I’m now worried that the next hospital experience will be even worse.

    17/5/2023 In the morning I tried for about 1 hour for an appointment they did not answer my call. Then, today 18/5/2023 morning I went directly to the surgery, they gave me an appointment at 15:30. With Chowdhury. I checked in at 15:29 and waited till 16:30 they didn't call me. Due to my work at 17:00, I was forced to cancel the appointment and leave. This is the condition of GOOD MAN's FEILD surgery system in East London. Shame on you guys. My humble request to the authorities please save us and save the system. Improve the system.

    Worst place to try to get appointments, the GP’s number one priority is business rather than patient care! So difficult to get an appointment. The app “Dr. IQ” is good in theory but the appointments get filled up within the first few minutes and then you can longer use the app, so it becomes pointless and you have to call in anyway. Wait times on the phone are extremely long. Either scale down on the amount of patients or hire more staff!
