A fraudulent company with inexperienced solicitors who exploit clients and treat them like cash cows. They make a lot of administrative mistakes, do not provide sound legal advice and act as if they are only filling out a form. Their website client testimonials are clearly manufactured by them. They also lack transparency in their costs and find every opportunity to charge a fee.

Cowboy solicitors firm! They are in for your money only and not looking out for the best interest of families and young vulnerable children. Took 14k and we haven’t even gone into courts. Jennifer crosswaithe was my ‘solicitor’ and she wasted my time asking me to repeat the qs I had already answered! Wrote out a form E and put my ex partner as the ‘applicant’. You don’t need a degree to know that I’m the one making the application hence I’m the applicant. Also tried to engage in work which I had shut down but she kept persuing it. It felt as though she was representing my ex partner. Ruined my case and ruined my children’s future. This firm needs to be shut down. They did not even give me compensation for the stress they put me under nor did they give me a refund for the time they’ve wasted. DO NOT GO TO THEM AND STAY WELL AWAY FROM JENNIFER CROSSWAITHE

I paid £330 for a review of documents and discuss legal options going forward. The solicitor was unprepared for the meeting, which I discovered when I spoke to her about some detail in the documents, which she admitted she had not read at all, only the court order, stating there was 'a lot to read for an initial consultation'. Stunned by the lack of professionalism for a firm that would charge such a sum. They have agreed to send me a refund. Use at your own risk.

I have been a litigant in person against a client of Goodman Ray Solicitors for over 3.5 years. My experience of them is of an unprofessional firm who's only goal is to earn as much money from their clients as possible , with very little thought as to what is in their clients best interests. I have witnessed abuse of process, emails being sent to me by a solicitor of Goodman Ray that were meant to be sent to their client with confidential information included and a paralegal misquoting legal guidelines in order to manipulate the case. There has been a long list of further acts of unprofessional behaviour and I have raised a formal complaint against Goodman Ray and will be shortly contacting the Law Ombudsman.
