    Where to start... PRE-MOVE The complex is sold like it's the dream, multiple awards 'Best place to live in London' etc - FAR FROM THE TRUTH!! MOVE IN DAY Extractor fan broken Boiler not working Heating controls not working I have been in the property for over two weeks and still these haven't been resolved. I complained to my estate agent who passed me over to my property manager who passed me to a contractor company and after spending hours corresponding back and forth I am ever so grateful that a heating engineer is coming on Monday to fix some of these issues. Expect to be passed from concierge, facilities team, Ballymore, property manager, toothfairy.. nobody seems to want to take ownership and provide adequate support. it gets worse... I paid £60 for a gym induction at which point I learned half the facilities don't even work.. the sauna is broken and then several days later the pool is closed. I lost my fob the day I moved in so I paid for a new one and was told to collect it from concierge.. I went to concierge and the gentleman told me it wasn't there even though our property manager said it was.. I went back two days later and he said he had it the whole time but he just didn't check properly and instead insisted he didn't have it. He then activated my new fob but since then it hasn't worked on any doors.. I had to walk down 29 flights of stairs in Douglas tower because the fob wouldn't work. I contacted the concierge who said they would help me even though 'It wasn't there problem' the woman said she would email me but 3 days later and still no email. I even raised a complaint through the Ballymore app over a week ago but still nothing. Today I had a sainsburys order being delivered only to discover our lift isn't working so I have to walk down 4 flights of stairs and carry my shopping up to my flat because concierge didn't send out an email to notify resident. The service here is non-existent. It now makes sense why our landlord wanted a 18-month contract minimum.. because he knows how quickly you will want to leave. Don't trust the good reviews.. they were probably submitted by the estate agents.

    Very poor level of maintenance service. Sauna has been broken for a full year and now the main pool is closed without any clear date to open again. Service charge is super high, specially when you don’t have a basic services you are paying for. Also, there are constant issues with hot water.

    Everything is falling apart no hot water this week 4 days in row. paying 2300 for a 1bedroom flat and you don’t have hot water, everything is falling apart in the flat the sauna hasn’t work properly since we live here. IM DONE

    Poor management. No sauna for 4 months and still out of service. Jacuzzi intermittent issues. No hot water fourth time in a week. Staffs treated poorly. Justin and management have managed the development poorly. This place is great for those that care about looks and not functionality. Please consider before moving in.

    Everyone is shifting out of here. Although the advertisements look good. There's permanent problems here that's well known. Cinema, Sauna, Showers, doors....everything is just falling apart. Management does nothing to fix it. You're paying for a box in Canning Town. What's in Canning Town? Nothing.
