I have always been happy with my Goodlookers glasses. I have bought 6 or 7 pairs over the past 3 years including a good pair of multifocals. However I received a pair last week with numbers etched into the lenses exactly where you look through them. I called and they said that sounded like a production fault and to email them. On emailing they said it is normal to have number etched on the lense even on the part you look through. I checked with a local optician and this isn’t the case. So I would be very wary when buying from them as glasses with writing and or other marks on the centre of the glasses can be detrimental to your eyesight. They have lost a good customer in me.

Very pleased with both pairs of my reading glasses -'Carnival' in blue, and 'Zest' in red/black multi. Delivery was quick. I was appreciating they might need adjusting on tightness/slackness so had purchased a set of precision screwdrivers - but in the end they were not needed - the fit was great for me. By the way if anyone at Goodlookers is checking this, I do not use facebook or any social media sites so I would not be aware if I had by some chance won the prize - just a thought. Thanks.
