Amazing ethos and foundation to dog training and pet ownership in general. Steve, Corrin and the team are so sensitive to pet dog’s priority welfare needs and how to support their owners to maximise their enjoyment in life together, all based on current scientific research and best practice principles (things have changed from being the ‘top dog’ in the home!). They always had time to answer a cheeky advice question between classes or via email too. I recommend checking them out and hopefully their training courses will continue to expand and evolve. Goodall dog training has proved to be a lifeline for us. Steve is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he used positive reinforcement methods and effective techniques with our puppy whilst she was going through a skittish adolescence phase. Steve was very patient and gave lots of advice and reassurance over the phone and via email as well as in person, this was hugely beneficial when we were going through a difficult patch. I’m pleased to report that our puppy is now more confident and settled than ever before and we are so grateful to Steve for providing us with the tools to help support our puppy in the right way. Fantastic. Every member of Goodalls training is friendly, approachable, professional and knowledgeable. They explain things very well in an interactive, fun class open to all ages and abilities. They are super supportive and encouraging and will happily help you with any issues along side their usual training. Apart from anything else I have no idea how on earth they remember all the dogs names! Having tried different training before, I can def say not all training is alike and this is the company you want. Already on our second training course with them and planning more (although nb they are not remotely pushy in this respect) they have a lot to offer that will help both you and your dog for years to come so it’s well worth the investment. So good my daughter is now considering this as a future career.

We have completed the puppy skills class. the puppy conversation sessions and are now half-way through the Bronze Award class. We have been incredibly impressed by the amount of knowledge Steve and his team have about canine behaviour, and the clear passion they have for what they do. We have enjoyed all of the classes so much, and feel we have learnt a huge amount, not only about training. but how to understand our dogs behaviour. We are finding it really invaluable, and our little puppy Lottie is developing into a really confident little girl. She is happy to play with other dogs, meet new people and be confident in new environments. We feel so supported by Steve and his team, and we know we could contact them between sessions if we were worried about something. The classes have been delivered in a very engaging and humorous manner, so I think you will enjoy them just as much as your puppy. First class, five star puppy training, we could not recommend them highly enough.

I can’t recommend Goodall dog training highly enough. Steve, Corrin along with Rachel are fantastic, knowledgable, professional, informative and engaging. They deliver practical and essential training with positive reinforcement that will set any pup up for life. My pup and I are currently on our second course and look forward to going every week, continuing with training, already seeing the benefits. Thanks to the support of Goodall training I can see my pup growing in confidence, understanding boundaries and gaining new skills by the day and I have also learnt many new skills in helping my pup develop.
