Great towel and great friendly service. I bought two, love the lightweight feel, beautiful quality and really helps my hair dry quickly (like double quick). I have long, wavy, coloured hair, that I was recently told was dry, so I’ve invested in these towels and professional shampoos. Love this company! They have a great ethos behind them, are a joy to follow on social media and have brilliant customer service. That's before you even get to the products. I love the hair towels, they are so absorbant they cut down how long it takes for my hair to dry when air drying but leaves my hair feeling soft and it helps minimise frizz. I will be uying more as gifts and won't go back to my old towels now!

After receiving my Good Wash Towel I can honestly say I am blown away. Mind you, I have fine but frizzy hair which can’t be turned into glossy tresses. Most of the times it looks … okay(ish). I am not a big fan of blowouts or heat styling, but thanks to the fine hair (and not that much of it sadly) I can get away with air drying. This of course leads to frizziness. Using Karen’s towel has helped so much. First of all it is incredibly lightweight, you barely feel your turban. That was something that bothered me with normal towels. They got heavy and wet, I always felt cold when having my hair in a towel. Thanks to Good Wash Day that’s not an issue at all. Yes the towel gets wet, but you only feel that if you really touch it. It is so comfortable that I can imagine myself forgetting wearing one. Since receiving my towel I haven’t reached for anything else and I intend to keep it that way. For me the towel is absolutely worth the price and Karen couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. For me she is the epitome of good customer service (my parcel took a lot of time due to a cyber-attack at the Royal Mail and Karen took great lengths to stay in contact). I will definitely buy more in the future and meanwhile adore my black leopard print.
