Attempting to charge £100 parking charge because 'the onus is on the motorist to ensure a valid Pay and Display ticket is on display at all times' despite them offering payment through Just Park. Sent proof i paid for 24hours parking on the contravention date and still refused the appeal for this reason. Not a member of BPA despite claiming to be on all their signage, and not a member of IAS either so cant appeal to the independant appeals service. Not paying, take me to court!!! Cowboys!!!
