We have just been to the cafe at country gardens and where really disgusted with the service and the attitude of the staff very unhelpful and very unfriendly would not recommend this place to anyone and will def not be returning

I personally would not rate this coffee shop even one star (I had to, to get a review shown on Google) Disgusting behaviour from the lady manager of the shop. I was over charged for a jacket potato, when I questioned it, I was treated rude/abruptly. I was overcharged by £2.75. Therefore, suggested they could supply me with a free drink to make up the difference as I had already paid, I got refused and no credit offered, as I was told I didn't have a receipt to prove it. She then threw her hands up in the air and shouted at me "just give her a free drink". I was calm and pleasant and in return got treated as if I was something on the end of her shoe. Very unprofessional! I will not be visiting this shop again!!

I had a good experience at the café today. Our food took a little while to come out but when it did it was delicious. I had a great prawn jacket potato. There are changing facilities for babies in the bathroom. They were also able to doggy bag leftovers. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps so whelchair accessible

Arrived at cafe for a coffee at 15.40, the cafe closes at 16.00. When I asked to order a coffee the young girls behind the counter looked at me as if I’d just come off another planet, then looked over at the older lady, whom I assume was in charge. She said loud and rudely” we’re just clearing up, what do you want”? Not wanting to serve me. I said I would go elsewhere. The cafe was busy, so could have easily been pleasant and made a coffee. Have been here several times over the past year, and service has really gone down hill and not friendly. This time will not be going back……

Ordered a coffee to take out. £3.45! I should have walked then but decided to risk it. It must be good for that price. It was very hot so couldn’t try it till on my way home. IT WAS AWEFUL! Won’t be going there again.
