They left so many cuts on my skin from pushing thread too hard, literally bleeding, messed up my eyebrow shape (looks like a rat has eaten my hairs with bald patches), didn’t clean up all extra hairs, and kept rubbing fingers into my skin which I found very unhygienic

Had such a nice facial and back massage here today! The offer price of £25 is a bargain, feel so relaxed and my back feels amazing not to mention my skin. Anju and Milan were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to meet all my needs. Will be recommending to my friends and family and will be returning. I went to get my gel nails on my natural nails removed. It was £10 which is expensive anyway but I paid it and usually gel removal takes 40 mins max… here it took an hour and a half as the lady kept doing one thing for me and then moving on to the next lady then coming back to me. This happened 2 or 3 times and the customer service was awful. In the end my gel colour wasn’t even removed off my nails properly so that’s £10 gone to waste, there were a few other ladies there getting treatment and they complained too as they had one of the workers massaging a woman and during the massage the other worker actually asked her if she had ever done a massage before! They don’t even train their workers!! Pathetic Service: Manicure
