We usually order from here. We had our food delivered late and it was freezing, went in the bin was horrible tasting. There is a younger lady on the phones whose customer service is absolutely awful. Rude, on hold for ages whilst chatting to team member I presume and ends the phone after the order whilst I was speaking to ask how long until I can collect. There’s a lady who used to answer the phones who always gave great service and went above and beyond. Why can service and food quality go back to how it was. Whilst we was on the other line waiting to give our order, I could hear others on the other line complaining about their order

I brought half a duck My favorite treat But not from here The absolutely stunk of melted plastic,a aroma what nobody in the shop could miss. Duck was fat and bone . My dog is eating my treat. Best part of 20 pounds wasted Thanks alot.

Been coming here years but that’s it I’m done portions are about half and nearly no meat content and gone up by about 30% no need for it jumping on the band wagon we had to get more food from else ware shame on you conning people barely enough for a child save your hard earnt cash

There's a huge menu so plenty of variety that should please everyone and the set meals were very good in price and had a good mix of things. I ordered from inside the store and waited about 10 minutes for the food. The staff inside were extremely lovely and were very conversational whilst waiting. From my experience it's definitely one of the better Chinese takeaway's in the area.

Fantastic. I have previously had a takeaway from a different company served up by Deliveroo. It was awful, cold, wrong food and missing parts. I was reluctant to order again over the internet/phone. I limited the risk by telephoning this company direct. It took a while to get through, but they took the order, said it would be around 45 minutes, it arrived in 20. The food was perfect.. 100% it was hot... top marks 100% the changes i wanted to the food were made, 100% delivery was super quick and polite driver 100% they have won me over and i will book direct with them again. even if it is hard to get through on the telephone. well done on all fronts. and thank you

Popped in the shop to get a chow mein, rice, chips and chicken satay. The chicken satay was perfect and freshly cooked, I will be going back again.
