BEWARE!!! Has this company gone out of business? No one is answering our emails, voicemails or picking up calls from the number on the website and previous emails. We paid a premium for a tree that would be picked up and looked after once we had finished with it at Christmas; now is it sitting in our garden slowly turning brown. Was this a clever Scam?

Delighted with the quality of the tree I received from Good Elf. Lovely shape, very bushy, height as advertised and amazingly it has dropped very few needles since it came two weeks ago, even though it’s not in water. Worth the extra, I reckon, especially with delivery.

I had left buying a pot-grown real tree to the last minute - too late really. When I placed my order for a 4 - 5 foot pot-grown tree, I wasn’t expecting great things. The Good Elf was down to its last few too. It arrived exactly when it was scheduled though and the delivery drivers brought it right up to my door. When we opened it, it was perfect! We kept it outside for a couple of days, watered it well and we have kept it watered throughout. I am hopeful that it will survive when we plant it outside. A truly fabulous service, thank you.

Do not use this company. I can laugh at what was delivered now, but it's a complete scam. Other review websites show its a scam, only this one gives impression it's ok. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, you have been warned.

This is our third consecutive year buying our tree from Good Elf. I don't think we'll ever go back to choosing our own tree as their tree choosing elves are absolutely amazing! They pick the perfect one every time. Every tree we have had has been the perfect size and shape. They're fresh and long lasting, and look and smell beautiful. All delivered by helpful, cheerful drivers. I can't recommend them highly enough. Worth every penny!
