Was quite good ! It was just all a little mixed up. Some names and information I didnt recognise, but most I did. Some things I did get was quite reassuring. Have lost a lot of loved ones, so it was quite difficult to decipher who was who, so understandable. Although we got there and it was lovely to hear from some loved ones who had passed. Sharon is a lovely person and made me very welcome. I would recommend her.
