    Really impressed with EPH Creative. We wanted to hire furniture and some fake floral and trees for a large conference. Our account manager Phillipa was fantastic and went above and beyond to find the right items to fit the event vision. The result was beautiful spring florals, amazing 4m silver birch trees in our stage area and furniture that fitted perfectly in our main hall. The delivery team were super friendly and helpful. The website is really helpful for understanding the products available and the booking stage with Tracey was really easy and she made lots of changes along the way as well as all the help with the last minute changes required. On the day of delivery we received a call to advise of arrival and the delivery drivers were more than helpful that we have everything we needed and helped our team unload. They were even unfazed when i called advising something hadn't been delivered which actually turned out was here just I couldn't find it yet Tracey was unflappable and we found it very quickly with the drivers help - which he really didn't have to do! Will be using them again and thank you for all your help

    We were planning a leaving do and wanted something memorable for us and the guests, we love skiing and had just returned from a ski holiday and wanted an Apre Ski themed party. Looking online EPH seemed to have everything we needed to create a bar that felt like we were in the mountains, from the backdrops to the barrel tables, to the ski lift, mountains piste signs and the bear! We weren't sure how to arrange the room and the install guys were fantastic in helping us with this on the day, everything went smoothly and we were so pleased with their friendly and helpful nature that we went to do a breakfast butty round for the install team. The following day the crew came back to collect all the props, we didn't need to be there for that and the whole process from getting a quote, ordering to delivery and install was very easy, I would definitely use EPH again, very professional and personable.
