    Chose this company based on the reviews here but I so wish I'd actually spoken to people about it first because the reviews on here are absolutely opposite to the ones I got from people in real life! I had to constantly chase for anything to get done. The people dealing with my case actually caused numerous problems just through never actually listening to me or speaking to me. Everything was only through email. It took 6 months to actually complete on a house with no other chains involved. I wouldn't recommend at all to be honest.
