Mark is fantastic! Having had a different solicitor pull out saying they could do our conveyancing work (as some land was unregistered) Mark took our case on in mid November. He pushed the seller’s solicitor as needed and managed to complete within a record time of just 4 weeks (It was admittedly quicker than usual as cash buyers with no surveys etc) and got us the keys before Christmas!! Mark is very quick to respond to emails, calls and turned the other solicitors paperwork round within hours and always the same day! Having used many conveyancers over the years dealing with Mark was the best experience I’ve had and we will be using him again soon for the next conveyancing task! He’s also very competitively priced too which is a bonus! Can’t recommend his services highly enough.

I would highly recommend Mark and his colleagues.
