We needed a property for 6 weeks whilst our house was being renovated. We stayed at School Grove which was ideal for our 3 adults and 2 cats. The house has a large lounge-diner with access to the terrace via French doors. We used one of the bedrooms as a temporary office whilst working from home. The house is nicely decorated with good access to the local park. The property is close to a school but we didn’t find this much of an issue. The house gives easy access to Manchester and the M60 but was quiet and peaceful, being in a cul de sac. We would recommend Goldstay for future rental needs.

We were there on an extended stay Landlord team were on call 24/7 and prompt to support when required Overall. Highly recommended.. Nice house.. Nice area.. Local shops.. Nice wooded walks and 10 mins away from city centre.. 5 mins from motorway...
