After seeing an item posted by this retailer on google I visited the retailers website and made a note to pop by the store to see if I could browse the item in the window. When I got there I noticed a sales colleague without any customers and asked if I could speak to someone without a booking. She invited me to take a seat and asked about the item I was interested in. The item was in stock and after I tried it on I decided to buy. The sales colleague had a very easy manner that made it an absolute pleasure to do business with them. Lee (Manager) and Zainab were a huge help in making my purchasing experience one to remember. We had gone in only to enquire about valuation of my partners grandmothers jewellery, I never dealt with that colleague, but I believe her name was Abbie & from what I heard she was great too. Their hospitality and customer service even before I had made a purchase meant I changed from another branch to this branch. The team has good knowledge and personalities and they went well far and beyond the call of duty and well far beyond ANY experience I'd have had in other branches. Thanks again.

I had an appointment booked with Zainab and Lee and they paid close attention to what I was after. I was able to walk away with a bracelet for my fiancé, which made the perfect wedding gift. They were also happy to entertain my endless Rolex chat and I even got to try on the GMT that I love! Highly recommend Zainab and Lee and the rest of the Goldsmith’s team having recently also purchased our wedding bands through the store.
