I recently had the misfortune of something suddenly blow into my eye, it was extremely painful. My own opticians, Supersavers in Rayleigh, would not see me. After visiting several other opticians Richard Hoare of Body's in Leigh-on-Sea kindly examined me. Such a lovely, patient and professional man who spent sometime with me removing an insect that had got trapped underneath my eyelid. I can't praise you enough Richard Hoare - you were absolutely brilliant on what was a painful and frightening experience. Thank you too to the two young ladies who were helpful and friendly even though I did not live in the area or use this opticians they managed to fit me in and help me. Thank you.

I have been visiting Body's for over 20 years and always been happy with the service. However there is now a lady dispensing glasses who has none of the flair nor attention to detail afforded to me in the past by Rob. Sadly to say I will not be purchasing any more of my glasses from Bodys, but will continue to have my eyes tested there. I collected my glasses recently and the lady just let me try them on, asked if they were ok in a dismissive way and that was that. Rob always used to put them on for me, and ensured they were the perfect fit. Very disappointed !
