Our neighbour Co-ordinated with the street and arranged for Goldfish Window Cleaners to return to our street for the third time to clean the windows at 7 properties. When the appointment was made for the third visit apparently the window cleaner had a puncture, unlucky can happen to anyone. My neighbour re-scheduled for all 7 properties and received a text the day before and said he was coming. Then on the day he was a no show WHY? All he had to do was to be honest, was that too difficult!!!!!! My neighbour then quite frankly and rightly was so annoyed as were the other six residents she wrote an honest review to which this Goldfish Windows responded that they didn’t cover our area. Well here is the thing this would have been his third visit. I think what it is he charges £20 for the first visit and the £15 for subsequent visits (when he feels like coming) I think he believes his services are worth twenty quid every visit. Sad because we probably would have paid twenty quid.....just saying. Also again just saying he could have built this round up to at least 12 to 15 customers easy,. Goldfish Window Cleaners saying that they do not cover this area is a blatent lie clearly they don’t want the work and thankfully we have found an immediate replacement who frankly was over the moon with such a big number of clients immediately and growing in fact the replacement has done 9 houses down our street. All Goldfish Window Cleaners had to be was transparent. A lesson to learn here is to be honest, have some transparency about you, at the end of the day all any of us want is not to be messed around. Goldfish Window Cleaners are quite frankly shocking. Don’t use them unless you want to be messed about. Disgraceful behaviour from someone wishing to establish a business, inconsistency does not go down well and to tell lies......not good. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning
