I shopped at goldens yesterday with an experience that raised my concerns for the service provided by the staff. The meat counter staff acted in a arrogant and rude manner towards me. I tried to make a complain to the management, who rather than dealing with the complaint encouraged his staff to be rude and arrogant and together tried to harass me, Making me look I was in the wrong. I had walked away knowing that they no attention of dealing with my complaint. I was born and brought up in this country never ever had a bad experience shopping . I shall take this complaint to trading standards

Really helpful staff, specially the girl sitting on till, she really helped me today, when I was struggling to find some stuffs , I think she is Pakistani , she wear a hijab , she have a beautiful smile on her face which makes my day so lovely, she wears a black hijab today, I don’t know about her name as I don’t know where’s my receipt gone, if I found it I definitely tell the name, as I was struggling with some products and she literally helped me, I was looking for UNIK tea packs and I couldn’t found so I just randomly ask her and she was not feeling well but she still helped me which is so amazing , she tell to one staff and then he called the guy who worked on that line and I found it, I really love how she treats her customers, with smiling face , and with lots of love and kindness. Thanks to her and thanks to Goldens who have an amazing staff like her❤️
