Cannot believe the disgusting customer service I’ve just experienced. Went to walk into the shop to book a course and I tried to open the door and the woman through the glass shouted at me aggressively that she has to open it. She then proceeded to open the door whilst giving my a filthy look. And I went to say ‘hi please can I book a course’ but before I could even finish my sentence she raised her voice over me and shouted at me about the door. I was so shocked at how she spoke to me for such a little inconvenience and disgusted in her customer service. I then turned around and said I won’t be booking a course due to her behaviour in a calm manner and she proceeded to shout at me ‘I don’t care go’. As someone who still works in retail and has for years I’m appalled at how she treated me. Service: Tanning
