Fresh and delicious! Quality and quantity! You actually get substance and not just sauce and the only place we know where you can order crispy duck that is crispy as should be, not dried out and burnt like. The staff are lovely too and big smiles wishing a happy birthday. We would never go anywhere else for Chinese food.

Well what can I say about the Golden River Chinese takeawa..in cuxton , Rochester The Food is amazing for one , I can honestly say I have never in 7 years of using the golden river ever having a bad meal , the chefs , are amazing, will cook your food how You want your food , will answer you honestly if you ask them will I like a particular meal based , on your taste , I have also got to say ….Jeff….. the owner, Is I’d say one of the most friendliest guys , ready to stand have chat about anything, lovely guy oh and he’s son kalvin makes the most amazing brownies 😂 Thanks kalv 😜sorry to embarrass you buddy 😂 The golden river is part of our cuxton community hub and we love your food ❤️ Thank you Jeff……. Only a short drive from home but we’ll worth it. Friendly staff and food is full of flavour and packed into the containers. Like all takeaways timing is the key but with decent timing by the time I arrive it’s done and still pipping hot when I get home.
