If I could give zero stars I would. They are in charge of maintenance for a supported living facility at which I work. The building is not maintained, there are broken windows, residents who do not have functional bathrooms, and the door to the outside has been broken for months so the building is unable to be secured. There are 16 vulnerable people living here and their basic habitation requirements are not being met. The staff here have lodged complaints but we have no control over our maintenance contract.
