Hello, I'd like to provide some feedback based on a recent experience at your London, UK store. One of my golden goose trainers have developed a rip/hole in the toe. I called the London store on a Tuesday late morning and there was no answer. I then spent 30 minutes traveling to the store in person and turned up to find it completely empty (no customers) and 3 sales associates stood around chatting, seemingly not busy at all. I showed them that one of my Golden Goose trainers had a rip/hole in the toe and explained that I'd like to enquire about repair options. The sales associates could not be bothered. They simply said that they do not offer repairs, and gave me no other advice or options - they didn't direct me to a customer service line, a local shoe cobbler, nothing. They didn't even try to sell me a new pair! These are distressed trainers, I'm sure this question comes up a lot. Moreover, they cost 500 GBP per pair, and I'd expect much better customer service for that price. Because of this experience, Golden Goose has now lost me as a customer.

Horrible customer service. They DO NOT offer refunds for recently bought sweater. Those shoes might be stylish but they are the most uncomfortable pair of shoes I own. I will never buy another thing from this company. Actually I just looked up their policy and they DO offer refunds! Which means the Mayfair store manager just totally lied to me! Unbelievable.
