Awful agency. Once you’ve signed your tenancy they treat you like dirt. Renters avoid at all costs. Just had a reply saying I left the house in a terrible state. I paid for a full deep clean including carpets of the house as well as a gardener to ensure there were no issues when I left. They still fabricated reasons why I owed them money which was ludicrous. This scumbag agency are liars and crooks. Do not rent from them as they will rip you off. Landlords - find another agency where the staff have some morals.
