Hi. For anyone considering using Lukasz to carry out work on their property, I can highly recommend him. He was recommended to me by my architect. He carried out about £80k of refurbishment to my property a couple of years ago and I have no complaints about him. He has good quality of workmanship and communication skills. He stayed on site till the end unlike lots of builders. It's rare to have this kind of work done without finding little faults after completion and I had a couple of faults that cropped up but He came and rectified them immediately and this is another of his strengths. I would not hesitate in employing him again in the future. Lukasz and his team made extensive renovations to my flat that involved removing a wall, removing a chimney, laying down floorboards, painting and decorating and replacing and redesigning all the doors. Not only did they do an excellent job but Lukasz also made several suggestions to the design and layout of the flat that really enhanced the results. He also connected me to an excellent structural engineer and a good team of building control surveyors so that all the changes were correctly approved and designed. Once the job was finished, Lukasz has been readily available to make any further amendments to the flat. He is a warm and friendly guy and very easy to work with. I can't recommend him enough.

Lucasz and team completely gutted and remodelled a basement for use as my son's bedroom and put up a new ceiling in the hall and painted. They were quick, efficient, reasonably priced and the end result was to a good standard. Lucasz is a pleasant fellow, easy to deal with - any snaggings/ miscommunications he addressed quickly.

Trusting builders is never an easy task so I waited for a recommendation - or rather noticed a thoroughly beautiful kitchen and bathroom at my friend's home and asked her who the builder was. As an earlier reviewer said Lucasz is friendly and he listens attentively to what his customers really want, as a result I have a beautiful bespoke kitchen with quality finish that I'm very happy with. The tiling and fitting is excellent. I'm a perfectionist or so I've been told by many and I couldn't find a thing to fault. A real old school quality craftsman. I also felt very safe with his team of builders. Thanks for building me such a beautiful kitchen Lucasz!

Lukas built a new kitchen for me in my mansion block flat, with units supplied by Howdens. He and his team took the entire old kitchen out and began from the floorboards up, first laying the ceramic tile floor - which Lukas did beautifully. The work was completed to a very good standard and the kitchen one year later has been a great success.
