very unhappy with the acrylics i received. they’re bumpy, not the shape i asked for, infilled improperly, very very poorly painted, acrylic spilled over on to my finger and the nail “tech” let me leave with wet gel nails so the second i got home they were ruined! on first glance the nails looked fine but looking at them in any level of detail showed how shocking they were. i was also told as a walk in that i could come back in an hour; so after an hour i returned was told the i would be waiting 10 mins max to be left waiting alone in the salon for an hour. total waste of money!

SKIN BOOSTER REVIEW: Such an amazing experience on both times I’ve visited this salon, first time was with the owner, Farah who gave me a skin booster and was really compassionate and understanding about me feeling like I needed one due to some health issues, so she took the time to make me feel comfortable and offered me loads of advice with her wealth of knowledge and expertise, the results were amazing as it made me look so much more youthful, firmer and plump around my eyes and look more rested and hydrated which is what I needed!! the second time was with Akeira a few weeks back, who is still training but definitely following in Farah’s footsteps as she gave me the exact same experience and was so lovely to talk with, she really made me feel good about myself and made me feel so much at ease and I had no bruising, which was great as I had work the next day! I can’t wait to come back in for my top up xxx

One star too many. Cancelled my pre-paid 3:30 pm appointment made via the Treatwell App just as I arrived at the venue. Did not try to email, text or leave a voicemail at any point during the day until 3:27 pm. No consideration of the journey I made to get to the appointment or the fact my appointment was for an event. Very disappointed.

It was my first time, I was recommended by a friend, they are very puntual, profesional. A salon with nice vibes when you enter in. Special cheers for Chelsea, she is amazing, kind and funny and she has a very professional with the treatment did it to me. Definitely I repeat and next time I will ask for her!! 😍😊
