Initially the service had been very good, helpful, polite and professional. I however feel let down by the fact that I paid an extra £5.00 for next day delivery. Which did not happen I then thought I would take advantage of the option of spreading the cost over three months that also didn’t happen, when I raised this with Goldea Hair I was told that I had to speak to Kalma, which I did . They didn’t really give me explanation, and whole amount had been taken from my account, The the wig itself ...although I like the colour the way it felt, I have not been able to wear it as when trying it on the comb at the back of the wig and one of the clips that help to adjust the size, both come away . I find all this very disappointing especially such a early stage. Due to my tight work schedule I have not had the time to address these issues with Goldea, but feel I have little choice but too do so as the wig is expensive and I cannot use at this point in time. The wig and the colour are both exquisite and the texture is amazing. But I would like my concerns addressed Thank you J Squire.

Excellent service from Goldea. Due to covid-19, they were unable to provide a personal fitting but sent me the wigs to try on at home. They arrived within 24 hours in lovely packaging. The pieces are beautiful, all human hair and luxurious. I am delighted with the one I have chosen (Raveness). It arrives unstyled, allowing you to get the look you want. Full instructions on washing and maintenance are included. Thoroughly recommend Goldea for all round customer service and excellent product quality.
