Fantastic shop! I purchased a cast gold buckle ring a few months back from a different jewelers,It had a mark on it that was bugging the hell out of me.. I went in on off chance as I was passing. Was greeted by a lovely lady, told her my issue. Spoke to Jaden who said he could sort it. I agreed and he did it within 30mins for an amazing price! The ring looks brilliant. Bought a 10mm Gold spanner bracelet from these guys, took it back cos there was a couple of scratches on it , sorted it straight away no problem. 1000% recommend I had my wedding ring designed and made here, and i could not be happier, it is beautiful. I wasn't sure what I wanted at all, so I showed them my engagement ring with a photo of what i liked, and then Jamie came up with a beautiful design. Within a couple of weeks, my ring was ready, very affordable as well. I thought a bespoke ring would be ridiculous pricing, but they kept to my budget. I can assure you will not be disappointed.

Had my Rolex strap repaired (£800)the guy I spoke to originally who came recommended was very helpful,I waited patiently for over 3 months went in today to collect it and was greeted by the nastiest most arrogant woman,I came out thinking what the hell did I do to her except spend £800 on a watch strap.They have made a great job of it don’t get me wrong but there customer service leaves a lot to be desired,for whatever reason she was just nasty.
