What a refreshing experience with no hard sales! I went there when I was looking for a watch for my partners 40th, they were more than happy to let me browse and very helpful when it came to making a purchase, I felt under no pressure to buy, the advice they gave me also was sound and honest! My partner bought me a lovely ring from there as a Christmas gift, white gold with diamonds and sapphires, I absolutely love it! Will always return to a shop like this above going to a chain, real honest personable service with a smile!

Bought a ring for myself, but I didn't like it so decided to give it to my sister but she didn't want it either. Took it to another jewellers to sell, but he apologised as he asked me I I bought the ring from a teleshopping chanel due to the awful quality! Disgusted

Disgusted! Took a 90cm chain in to have a clasp repaired, (nothing wrong with the chain), it came back 79cm long! When I informed them of this, I was made to feel like a liar, they told me to come in and "prove" it! I asked them to contact me to tell me what they are going to do about it but I have had no response! The customer service is appalling and I now have a necklace that feels like it isn't mine!
