Dr Lavan is a credit to his calling. I contacted GOGODOC after waiting 36 hours in excruciating pain for an emergency dr to callback via 111 on New Years Day. After explaining my existing conditions, I had a prescription in my inbox in 10 mins. Outstanding, he called me within 30 mins of my requesting a telephone appointment . Dr Lavan was personable and interested and I wasn’t rushed in any way. Worth every single penny and I’ve use them twice since then. Highly recommended. Well done.

I’ve given 5 stars as the service was perfect. I phoned my own doctor and I couldn’t get past the receptionist to get to see anyone so I used Go Go Doc on a Saturday morning and they phoned just after dinner, talked through my symptoms and prescribed the necessary medication which I collected from boots. (Boots had a little trouble logging in but they did sort it). So money very spent. I hope to get well soon and I will use the service if needed in the future.

Made an appointment first thing in the morning for my mother and waited all day to be called. Recieved emails stating there were calls made by the doctor and no one picked up. This is not true as there was no calls and call log for the day. Eventually got someone to call her.
