Me and my friends came here on Saturday and we all had a great time! The food was lovely and the customer service was fantastic, they were always on hand, very attentive and super friendly! We all left with full bellies and very happy. Thank you for a wonderful meal. We plan to come again :) Vegetarian options: The tofu was incredible and the Tofu Udon was delicious!

The food was... okay. Starters were soggy. BBQ platter was okay but quite sugary. I could have swear all of the spicy options are marinaded in the same sauce which isn't great. The manager was rude to us and was snapping at the stuff in front of the customers. I have never seen such a passive aggressive attitude in the palace that charges you that much for a small drink. One of the servers was nice and efficient, but generally service was bad as they didn't seem to be able to pay attention to all customers. We had to stop cooking several times as our grill was covered in sticky burnt sauce and it was taking awhile to get it cleaned or replaced. It doesn't matter how long it takes for your order to arrive or whether or not you are ready to keep ordering (spending money), after 1.5h you are served your bill. Essentially we paid 50 quid per person for a bad fast food service and mediocre meal. The prices are too high for what you get and the auto applied service charge is an absolute joke as I don't feel like the service was even acceptable

Food was delicious chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside. Our fave was the kimchi pancakes super crispy! Been a little too enthusiastic, ordered too much food for lunch, the two boxes were actually enough. If you are looking for a nice place to eat good food and good service, Gogi is definitely recommended! We will definitely come back if we are in London again. (Original) Personeel was super vriendelijk en gastvrij je voelt je meteen thuis. We hadden twee lunchboxen, koreaanse kip en kimchi pancakes besteld. Eten was heerlijk kip was van buiten krokant en binnen sappig. Onze favo was de kimchi pancakes super crispy! Iets te enthousiast geweest teveel eten besteld voor lunch was eigenlijk de twee boxen al genoeg. Als je op zoek bent naar een leuke plek om lekker te eten en goede service is Gogi zeker een aanrader! Mochten we weer in Londen zijn komen we zeker nog terug.

Cooking is fantastic. But the proportions are very small. Each time i visited, i couldnt help but think, “i know the pandemic was a difficult time for a lot of businesses, but this restaurant must have had an especially difficult time, or the owner desperately needs to make ends meet.” For example i ordered the shik-hae (sweet barley drink) for 3.5 pounds. I got it in a small cup probably abt 6 oz. Kimchi pork stew barely had any tofu or pork in it. It was basically spicy broth of pieces of kimchi lettuce. I had to order rice separately, and i still felt that it was not a full meal. I paid 18 pounds total with service. Maybe raise the price more and serve a full meal? Tastes great however.

Great experience! Shared the Gogi platter along with some sides between three people. The beef ribeye was fantastic, as was the bulgogi beef. The staff is friendly and prices are adequate.
