Be careful when buying an item from this shop, sold faulty matress and now refusing to replace it. Nightmare to get hold of them took over 4 weeks to get an answer. The reply was sorry the manufacturer is unable to replace your item. Even though we have recipet. Completely rip off. No didn't offer anything, just denied its warranty which was given by your staff. And no replacement was offered.
