Eyebrow lady left a big gap in my brow and refused to give me a refund, all three employees proceeded to lie and tell me the gap was previously there. After coming back they had the audacity to offer me a voucher on my next brow appointment as if I’ll be coming back?! Terrible customer service!

Absolutely disgusting . These people are inexperienced and lying women . I came in for a wax to touch up my already shaped thick eyebrows . And instead of just waxing the out side they believe it would be a great idea to remove the inside of the eyebrow which may I just add was not asked for; if left me with a scar/gap in between ! I then addressed the issue and all three of the ladies working there confidently lied to my face rather than just apologising. To save money and not to waste it on the lying business avoid this shop !
