I called on Boxing day and the only information given to me was regarding the extortionate price for 'seeing the cat', x-ray and treatment. It sounded like attending an exclusive club where only money talks. I try to find traces of compassion, kindness and concerns in the person's voice but found none. As it is Christmas period, 'Scrooge' came to mind. Very disapping. 😥

Impossible to get an appointment- called 3 weeks ago and left a message, no one has called back! Had to call the emergency line where someone was then able to provide an appointment after I complained. Have since gone elsewhere.

Really great experience at Goddard's over the past week. Our cat suffered a bladder blockage and we rushed him in on Thursday evening, the doctors took great care of him while he was there, called me every day and explained his after care well. He stayed there for 3 nights total, the bill was to be expected with the amount of care he had. Make sure you have insurance for your furry friends! Thank you to everyone for looking after our little man 😸❤️
