Honestly the sweetest, nicest vets - couldn’t recommend them more. We’ve been going for around 2 years, unfortunately far too regularly!!!, and they are great. The staff are all so lovely and seem to really adore our dog. We’ve also used their emergency hospital in Wimbledon who are part of the same group and also really great.

After charging us thousands over the years, and paying every penny. This company is refusing to give us our cats ashes until we make our final payment. They are literally holding the ashes as a ransom, until we make our final payment. We've never said we won't pay, it's just a case of lack of money at the moment. Now, they've forwarded the debt to a debt company and have added extra charges on top. Which is fine we will pay over a period, but the fact they won't give us the ashes is an absolute disgrace. We still need to pay regardless, and they can't exactly resell the ashes... The whole vetinary industry needs regulating, the prices they charge are a joke. Please avoid this place they act like they're all goody goody, but they have no conscience. Absolute disgrace of a company. UPDATE: Just paid this in full, still being told to wait a few days. Imagine holding a cats ashes as ransom, then once paid making them wait longer. I have no idea who they think they are, but it's really not surprising. Please don't use them. Good riddance
