Very kind and professional. Our beloved cat had an awful accident, we had to bring him in at 3am and he clearly needed an urgent surgery. The doctor and the nurse were so kind and calm. Our cat had tests and x-rays done straightaway and received really good care following the operation. We were kept updated about the progress with frequent phone calls which was so helpful. Thank you for saving Suspect the cat!

Dr Lawrence, the nurse on duty and the person on reception, thank you so much for how you treated Chester last night. You were so professional, kind, direct and warm. You really helped to make one of the saddest days of our lives a little more bearable as we said goodbye to our beloved Chester.

We cannot recommend Stone Lion too highly. We always see the same vet (Fran) who knows our challenging working cocker well and manages her brilliantly. We have worked with Stone Lion to overcome her fears, and all staff have given generously of their time to play with her when we visit to make it a good experience. We can always get an appointment, and value the reassurance that they are available 24/7 with overnight onsite facilities. Simply would not go anywhere else.

They let my one and a half year old cat die from aspirated pneumonia in surgery. They also never foresaw what was making him need the surgery in the first place. It’s possible there was nothing better they could have done, I don’t know really, but my heart will be forever broken now. He was my best friend and a very special animal. When he died it was worst thing that ever happened to me, even though many bad things happened in my life. It might have well been part of my soul they euthanised, not just the cat. Can I ever forgive them?

My little lurcher needed surgery to a serious injury to her hind leg, and everyone at the hospital cared for her really well and kept me informed about her progress and future attention needed.
