Thank you Camilla for being so caring, gentle, kind and attentive towards me & my owner when me made a visit to you on 5/2/23. I am up and running now in my exercise ball. The swollen gland is now gone from my neck & I’m no longer showing signs of reserve when my owner carries me. Lots of love Bruno.

One of the most disorganised businesses I’ve ever come across. I wish this was an exaggeration but sadly it isn’t. It’s a real shame because the vets themselves are lovely people and clearly work hard, however their business processes are not fit for purpose to scale with the number of people registering with this vet. It’s a nightmare to get through to them by phone, they don’t send appointment confirmations, you have to wait weeks for an appointment. The inside is uncomfortably hot and sometimes the treatment room itself is dirty e.g. when we brought in our cat, the table had hair everywhere from the previous patient. Our cat was pregnant (we rescued her pregnant) and so we wanted to plan ahead to get her spayed ASAP after the litter were born. We were told that we couldn’t do this until the kittens were born (November). Once they were born, they said that they had no appointments before Christmas and they didn’t have their roster for Jan so we would have to wait till the new year. It got to January and we were then told that there wouldn’t be anything available till APRIL, risking another pregnancy. We have now registered with another vet as it has just been so impossible to receive the right level of service and care.

Your dog may be bleeding but they won't sell you a first aid kit until you book an appointment with them sometime in the distant future. Why do you need vet consultation for an emergency kit is a mystery to me.

The staff is nice, however it’s almost impossible to book an appointment with less than a month wait. They always direct you to Wanstead which have a slightly better availability but is much further away from the city center.

The vet has always been kind and treated my cat well. Unfortunately, the receptionists are often in a bad mood and have been quite sassy to me a few times. And it really frustrates me that i couldn’t get adequate information with regards to the insurance. I took PetPlan with you thinking that it will be an easier process for me. However, from visits-calls-email i hardly get the right information on how to claim. As i inquired about the insurance on the morning of Kimchi’s surgery at the vet, the staff told me that it might not be in time for direct claims from pet insurance (which she clearly told me that i needed to do it myself if PetPlan could authorize the direct payment, so i do not need to pay for the total bill), which i was fine with it. It got me really frustrated when i phoned PetPlan, they told me it was the vet who should’ve made the authorized direct payment to PetPlan, so that i didn’t have to pay in advance for Kimchi. This is really frustrating that i couldn’t get the right information, i’m just here going back and forth getting to know how i should claim. Kimchi is under PetPlan as it was promoted to us at the vet. I hope in the future this doesn’t happen again and let us know in advance what to do especially when we are covered under PetPlan and is affiliated with you.
