FAQ

What are your hours of operation for emergency veterinary services?

Our emergency veterinary services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We understand that emergencies can happen at any time, so we are always here to provide the care your pet needs.

Do you require a prescription from a veterinarian for all medications?

Yes, we do require a prescription from a veterinarian for all medications. This ensures that the medication is appropriate for your pet's specific condition and that the dosage is correct. If you do not have a prescription, our veterinarians can provide an examination and prescribe the necessary medication.

What is your process for shipping medications to customers?

We do not offer shipping services for medications. All medications must be picked up in-person from our veterinary pharmacy. This allows us to ensure that the medication is received by the correct person and to provide any necessary instructions for administration.

How do you ensure the safety and quality of your medications?

We only source medications from reputable suppliers who adhere to strict quality control standards. Additionally, our veterinary pharmacists are trained to verify the authenticity and quality of each medication before it is dispensed. We also regularly monitor our inventory to ensure that all medications are stored properly and have not expired.

Do you have any after-care services for pets recovering from emergency treatment at your facility?

Yes, we offer a range of after-care services for pets recovering from emergency treatment at our facility. This can include follow-up appointments with our veterinarians, medication administration instructions, and referral to physical therapy or rehabilitation services if necessary. Our goal is to ensure that your pet makes a full recovery and returns to their normal activities as soon as possible.

I want you say thank you to the staff in the practice. We said goodbye to our beloved pal today and the staff in the practice was just great. The Vet that was looking after our cat was amazing, I appreciate everything that was done for us. It is the hardest thing to say goodbye to your best friend but I know he is in better place now with no pain and suffering.

Vet Adriana was simply an angel with my cat, who is full of... Personality. She was calm and managed to actually examine my cat and vaccinate her with patience and care. Best vet I've been to!

They’re not taking in new clients so they’ll turn your pet away even if they’re feeling unwell. They receptionist is also extremely rude. Every single one of my neighbors has had a bad experience at this practice, please take your dog elsewhere.

Highly recommend noone use this vet any longer - they have consciously decided that good service is unnecessary. They are disorganised, have poor systems and there is someone new who has no idea every time I attend. I was in yesterday for a Cytopoint injection for my dog Fawlty at 3pm. I was approx 15mins late, as it began to rain quite heavily around 2.45pm so I needed to use an alternate mode of transport and couldn't call. I arrived and apologised for being late -- in the past when this has happened the nurse, vet or receptionist has been quite understanding as central London, mid afternoon, mid week, and the appointment usually lasts less than 5 minutes -- the injection itself takes no more than a minute. Yesterday, the collective reception to my being late was extremely poor, and quite unfitting of anyone that wants to have custom, especially related to animals. In short, snap out of it, and wake up. Customers may be late on occasion, and that's part and parcel of a service profession -- they may not have meant that to happen. There is zero need to behave like petulant children. If this is well beyond your service ability, close up shop and allow someone else to move in and take over. As you can imagine, after this episode I will no longer be using your services.

So bad services!!!! Every time I have some problems with this vet! Just a story: I just astonish how stupid English services is!!! I booked a surgery for my dog 3 month after her period, our vet quite far away from house. As soon as we left our dog at the hospital and back home, we got a call from vet and they told us that they are not able to do surgery as she has some fake pregnancy, and we need to take £100 medication, wait a month and after come back. By the time they asked 100 times when she has her period last time…I have a question, why you haven’t done this check before ppl going back home… is it okey to go back and forth… But okey… I picked my dog, ordered this medications, they sent the massage at my due date that I must come to pick it… It was really hard for me to come that day, but I arrived, and what… they forgot to tell me that this medication is not at the clinic yet 😳😳😳 Ok.. we managed all this situation, took this medication for a month, they booked us another appointment for surgery… Today, me with 2 weeks old baby, with strikes in London Underground, I’m really nervous how to come to this hospital at 10am, -5 temperature outside, we came to the hospital and… …and they told us that she will have a period soon, so they are not able to operate her today… WTF… you didn’t know month ago that she will have period soon??? I knew it and you are not??? Why we took that extremely expensive medicine to prepare her… And all what I heard today “ we are so sorry” This is insane 😳😔
