We took our puppy for his 1st appointment today and were really impressed. The staff were so kind and patient with neurotic puppy parents! I would highly recommend this practice based on my experience today. Thank you

I've visited today. My cat had some troubles with her gums, chattering for a week, closing her mouth with difficulty. The reception gave guidance on the phone before I could manage to come, very welcome and caring. Doctor listened attentively, made a thorough examination without any rush and told in details about what could be the cause and proposed a plan for a treatment. I would definitely trust them my beloved cats. Thank you so much.

Last Thursday at noon, I came to this vet to order a specific prescription diet food for my cat, which I've been told they sell. I asked them if I would get the food in time before my flight abroad Tuesday evening, they said I'd get it way before then. They call me on Monday at 4pm to tell me their supplier doesn't have the food, and they can't do nothing about it. They don't offer substitute, they don't suggest I go somewhere else. I finished work at 5pm on Monday and I don't have time to go to another vet to re-order this food. I will go to my hometown without the food I needed to buy for my sick cat. I wish there was something else I could do other than leave a bad review. You guys deserve the worse.
