Don't bother buying online, Goddards took my payment but failed to deliver. They use APC as a courier but there is no tracking info, I stayed in all day yesterday for the Friday delivery slot..nobody answering phone at Goddards/depot, no reply to emails..hugely dissapointed..and hungry!!

I ordered a pack of mixed pies as a gift for my son. They did not arrive on the day stated so I phoned Goddards, they immediately sorted the problem. Their customer service is amazing and so are their pies. Came well packaged in a cold box, all labelled and a personalised message. I am very impressed with their personal service and my son was equally impressed with the quality of the pies. Thank you.

I grew up on pie n mash as a kid my nan worked in manzies fulham. I moved to Somerset 20 years ago and missed my pies etc,so I ordered 12 pie and mash , arrived on stated day ,well packaged and still cold. Pies were lovely , mash was good too, liquor was a little bit lumpy so added a little water , all in all superb, will be a regular customer ,looking forward to trying other pies and desserts. Never again will I miss my pie and mash.Thanks Goddard's👍
