Awful service. Look at what we received compared to what we ordered… We had to send the hoodies back after going back and forth with Jodie about how they were the right size. Jodie then asked us to send them back. They finally admitted it was wrong, but they couldnt change the size so we had to reupload the artwork even though they printed it wrong… We then asked for a credit which does not show in our account. Jodie then didn’t even credit our postage so we had to ask for that again. We then realised that we have been credited minus vat but we’re being charged vat on a new order. 1 month since our order and still ongoing. Absolute nightmare and worst customer service.

What a terrible website. I ordered a jacket with customised text. Added the text, location, size, font etc etc etc and a week later a plain jacket worth £2 turns up for £12 + and no knowledge of my actual order exists. Thankfully i can post it back, so they can print it again and send it back to me. Or just order from someone else with a website that works. Avoid!

Placed an order, but next day I was informed that monies paid are not covering the order. To proceed with my order I have to pay extra. I have told that site is misleading, but agreed to pay once the invoice is raised. After that received original invoice with monies paid and VAT included, plus line requesting extra monies to be paid with no VAT invoice and without proper description of what monies are paid for. Company trying to steal monies and avoid paying VAT!!!! Avoid!

We messed up and ordered too late. I contacted GoCustom and they moved our small order up the queue and got it out 5 days early. They even refused payment for upgrading to the expidited option. Quality was just as expected and served our purpose perfectly. Thanks, GoCustom. You have customers for life!

I couldn't be happier. The customer service was brilliant - we were only placing a small order (10 logo-embroidered aprons) but the efforts made to make sure it was correct went above and beyond. (It wasn't as easy as it might sound as our logo is quite detailed - see picture.) Arrived ahead of schedule too. Really pleased with the results and would definitely be happy to use them again.

Really disappointed with my order - firstly, the print is fuzzy and poor quality. I have had t-shirts printed before for my job and they've been better than this, so I know what quality I'm expecting. Secondly, the tshirts came in two deliveries on the same day by Hermes and DPD - weird and wasteful. But most importantly, the customer service is awful. The image I supplied was a little small, when they finally send an image 2 days later of what it would look like printed - really unhelpful though because you can't view your image on a tshirt prior to paying for your order, which in itself should have set off alarm bells so the 'final image' they send you, is just the exact image you've sent them in 'real size' - but not on a tshirt for any sense of scale so completely pointless. They offered to enlarge the small text but it didn't look right. When I questioned this, I was told the part I was concerned about wouldn't appear on the print. It did. When I questioned this, I was basically told it was my fault for approving it despite being reassured it wouldn't appear as per the visual they'd supplied me with - I even offered to send a new visual myself. They just seemed to want me to hurry up and approve it, rather than getting it right and as such, they're now getting a bad review. No offer of compensation in any way as I had approved it. Would literally use any other company than these - any company with an actual design team and people that understand basic layout would be best.
