    Ordered online from them twice now, and very happy with the experience. Good selection on the website, clothes sizing is very clearly explained and is accurate, standard delivery is quick (both my orders have taken 3 days to arrive on the south coast), and the clothes have all been great - need a wash to get the warehouse funk off but in perfect condition. Extra bonus points for having PayPal and Gpay so I don't have to create an account. I will happily recommend Go Army to anyone.

    Products were fine (once I located them), but customer service lacking. I recieved an email to say my stuff had arrived and it had been signed for by me. 'Funny', I thought, I'm at work. 'How could I have signed for it?'. When I get home there's no note left by the courier (DX). Thought the email must've been wrong. Left it a couple of days, no parcel, so emailed Go Army to ask if the knew where my parcel was. They sent back an email stating that it had been delivered and signed for by me. Now, I know this is the couriers fault, but Go Army were the sellers, so are obligated to assist and find out where my parcel is. If someone emails you to tell you they have been notified that they've signed for a parcel but not actually recieved it, simply emailing back "uh yeah it says youve signed for it, ok thanks, bye" is not an appropriate response. It took several badgering emails from me to get a half decent response. They would not entertain the idea of a refund (about £50). In the end an old lady who lives down my street knocked with my parcel. She'd had it for nearly 3 weeks. After recieving my parcel I informed Go Army I'd recieved it (I could've let them keep chasing it up) and told them I'd take down a bad review I'd written a few days before, which I did. No response from them to say ok sorry or thanks, which has made me angry once again. Perhaps I should get a life and let go but I hate lazy customer service.
