Poor communication from the start , luggage was on passenger seats in the minibus, no car seat on return trip it was left in the container. It took 3 phone calls and a week to get the car seat back it back . Thought it was a top class service and not so much as a sorry then car seat was just left on the drive . This is not how to conduct a business
